Multimodal data exploration for Alzheimers disease Lead Investigator: Solale Tabarestani Institution : Florida International University E-Mail : staba006@fiu.edu Proposal ID : 1251 Proposal Description: To develop a new tool for exploring the progression of the disease. We are interested in analyzing longitudinal multimodal data. We need features from MRI volumes, PET volumes, CSF measurements, Cognitive tests, APOE, and the subjects biographic information (Their age, sex, years of education, ethnicity). The longitudinal data should be consisted from subjects baseline measurements and also measurements from their follow-up visits at (6 months after baseline, 12 months after baseline, 24 months after first visit). We need those subjects who has diagnosis label as one of these 4 categories ( Dementia - MCI stable - MCI progressive (or MCI converter)- Normal Control ). We would like to analyze the subjects to learn how we can predict their progression through their 24 months after baseline.
